No One Gets to Fall Apart- a personal memoir about Sarah LaBrie’s life with her schizophrenic mother. This is a compelling story about what she experienced and how it developed throughout her adulthood. A story giving comfort and hope to those who were raised by a mentally ill parent. Although Sarah experienced very dark periods in her life including the abuse of drugs, alcohol, and resortion to self-mutilation, she has proven it possible to find help and release the anger of disappointment from child to parent.

Compassionomics- Following the journey of several real life patients and their stories involving ironic hardships of life, how can we as a people maintain our compassion in a world that has repeatedly tried to break it. Anyone ever notice how terrible and aggressive the world has gotten since the pandemic? I know as a fellow healthcare worker, I’ve definitely noticed. Dr. Stephen and Dr. Anthony present the incredible argument about compassion making the difference between life and death.
